Twelve years of roasting specialty coffee in Tokyo. We have made the decision to close our roastery in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Tokyo this autumn 2026 and relocate to Miyota in Nagano.
We will close our roastery in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Tokyo this autumn 2026. After twelve years supported by our community, this chapter of our Tokyo operations comes to an end. From autumn onwards, our roastery will welcome a new beginning in Miyota, Nagano.
Since the opening of our roastery in 2014, we have roasted coffee for partner cafés all across the country. Our decision to close the Tokyo Roastery and relocate to Miyota, Nagano, comes as a necessary step in our long-term growth as a specialty coffee brand. With this move, we look forward to roasting our coffee for even more people.
New Roastery Location: MMoP in Miyota, Nagano
The new home we have chosen in Miyota is at MMoP, a cultural-arts complex located in the heart of town. Here, where lush nature meets abundant creativity, we aim to build a new kind of roastery. Beyond simply roasting coffee, we plan to engage the community through events and activities.
With the relocation of the roastery, our café will also end its operations. However, to carry forward the meaningful connections we have built here, we plan to establish a new base in Koto-ku. We will share more details at a later date.
In the twelve years since we began roasting coffee in 2014, every chapter has been filled with great espresso, lively conversation, and the laughter of the people who gathered here. We promise to keep delivering the flavor that captures our vision of how the very best coffee brings people together, what we call the Perfect Cup.
Until the relocation, our roastery will keep its doors wide open to welcome you all, just as we always have. Along with our move, we plan to release limited edition items and hold events in gratitude for these twelve years, so please keep an eye out for further announcements.
